Maricopa High School - College and Career Advising

Bernadette Russoniello has served the Maricopa Unified School District for 17 years, working as a 9-12 grade educator in English, Social Studies, and Career Technical Education. A graduate of Arizona State's Barrett Honors College, Bernadette earned concurrent degrees in English and History, and a post-baccalaureate in Secondary Education. She completed her Masters in Education from Arizona State in Curriculum and Instruction, and a secondary Masters in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.  She has served in multiple roles on campus through student leadership and career technical organizations. She earned several notable awards including  Career Technical Educator for the Western Region, Career Technical Educator  of the Year for the state of Arizona, Teacher of the Year from Arizona DECA and the Maricopa Chamber of Commerce Teacher of the Year.
